This Privacy Policy explains how IPNVPN ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the IPNVPN – Fast Private VPN mobile application (the "App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
IPNVPN is a VPN application developed and operated by the IPNVPN team. If you have questions about this policy or our data practices, contact us at:
We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to operate the App, provide customer support, process subscriptions, and maintain service quality.
To operate and troubleshoot the VPN service, we collect connection metadata, including:
We do not log, monitor, inspect, or store the content of your internet traffic, the websites or services you visit, your DNS queries, or your browsing history. The metadata above is used solely to maintain service reliability, diagnose connectivity issues, and calculate aggregate usage statistics — never to identify or reconstruct your online activity.
When you purchase or restore a subscription through Adapty and the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems, we (and our subscription-management provider, Adapty) receive:
We do not collect or store your payment card, bank, or Apple/Google account credentials. All payment processing is handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play, and their respective privacy policies apply to that processing.
If you contact us through the in-app "Contact Us" form or by email, we collect the email address, subject, and message content you voluntarily provide, along with basic device information, so that we can respond to your inquiry, feedback, or bug report.
We may collect error logs and aggregated usage statistics (e.g., feature usage, crash reports) to improve app stability and performance.
The App displays advertisements served through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads). AdMob and its partners may collect and use identifiers (such as your advertising identifier, subject to your permission — see Section 4) and other technical data to serve and measure ads. See Section 5 for more on third-party ad partners.
We record whether and when you accepted our Terms of Service, so we can confirm compliance with app store and legal requirements.
We use the information described above to:
We do not sell your personal information.
On iOS 14 and later, the App requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for ad personalization and measurement purposes. You can grant or deny this permission when prompted, and you may change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.
We rely on the following third-party providers to operate the App. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy:
We do not permit these providers to use data we share with them for purposes unrelated to providing their service to us, except as required for their own legitimate business operations (e.g., ad measurement) and as disclosed in their respective privacy policies.
We do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties except:
We retain the information described in Section 2 only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including maintaining your subscription status, providing support, and complying with legal obligations. Connection metadata and usage statistics are retained in a form that does not enable us to reconstruct your browsing activity, and are periodically purged or aggregated. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted VPN tunnels and access-controlled databases. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA); we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
